For offleash and other dog-themed clothes, gifts, stickers, and more, visit the Mistress' new CafePress shop: I'm Stumped!

Read the Mistress' I'm Stumped! blog for the latest rants, commentaries, and suggestions (not necessarily dog-related, but generally practical)

Also check out Lucy's Suggestions for books & movies, many about dogs but also covering classics and odd topics, most of which are available through Amazon.com. Go to the "Children's fiction about pets" section there for more details on the upcoming kids' book cover pic"At the Dog Park with Sam and Lucy" by Daisy Bix and illustrated by Amelia Hansen.

How can I join this ring?

  1. Fill out a submission form for your site; wait for a yea or nay from the Web Ring Mistress. Before submission, be sure to read the Membership Guidelines completely and carefully to be sure that your site fits our ring. Sites that do not fit will not be accepted. This seems obvious, but the Mistress has had to remind a few applicants whose sites simply wanted to let people know about dog parks by linking into our ring.

  2. If accepted to the ring, you will need to add our HTMLfragment to your site (don't forget to grab the graphics and modify the fragment to contain your site ID!).

  3. E-mail the Ring Mistress to let her know that your site is HTML-ready.

  4. The Web Ring Mistress will make sure your HTMLfragment is in working order, and will e-mail you when you're ready to go.

  5. Browse the ring periodically to check out changes and new sites.
